Catering Inquiry Policy

Inquiries are accepted online daily.

For events taking place 3+ days in advance, please expect a response within 48-72 hours.

Our weekend staff are not able to take catering orders or inquiries over the phone.

We are a small team & small restaurant and appreciate your kindness as we accommodate groups & events to the best of our ability!

Dining Room

Venue Fees - Dining Room:

​

The Dining Room has a 40-person maximum event capacity and is available for evening (4pm - 9pm) weekday & weekend events!​

​

  • Monday-Thursday $175/hour, 2 hour minimum

  • Friday-Sunday: $250/hour, 3 hour minimum

Living room has a 20 person maximum event capacity and is available for weekday & weekend events

  • Daytime (8am-4pm) events: $75/hour, 2 hour min 

  • Evening (4pm-9pm) events: $125/hour, 2 hour min

Living Room

External Catering & Events Details:

We have an off-site 100 person maximum event capacity

To inquire about future availability, please fill out the form below

 

Hours & Availability:

  • Catering deliveries may be made weekdays between 7:00am and 7:00pm

  • Weekend caterings are pick up only, available from 8:30-2:30pm.

  • Order must be placed and confirmed 72 hours before catering pick up or delivery

  • Drop-off, disposable catering available

Catering Minimums:

  • Breakfast: $100.00 minimum

  • Lunch: $75.00 minimum

  • Monday-Thursday, after 4:00 pm- $150.00 minimum

  • Friday-Sunday, after 4:00pm - $350.00 minimum

Deposits & Fees:

  • Events over $300 require a $75 deposit. Events over $1000 require a $300 deposit  

  • Chez Genèse catering will include tax and delivery fee (if applicable)

  • A service fee of 15% will be included on all catering or event over $300.

  • A rental fee may be included, dependent on catering needs
