Summer French Dinner Cooking Workshop
Join us for our Spring French Dinner cooking workshops. See below for dates and workshop details. The menu will stay the same for all three dates and then we will switch to our fall menu.

Workshop time: 5-8pm
Introduction & kitchen safety - 5-5:30pm
Dinner preparation/cooking lesson - 5:30-7pm
Dinner around the community table - 7-8pm

Menu:
- Salad course - Cheese plates and summer salad
- Soup course - Summertime Vichyssoise
- Entree course - Mussels Marinières
- Dessert course - Plum galettes
All supplies and materials are provided by us! Just bring yourself & your appetite. This is a great class for all cooking levels. Wine is available for purchase during the dinner portion of the evening.
Participants will be asked to sign a waiver at the start of class.
This workshop is for participants age 18+.

Tickets are refundable if cancelled more than 1 week in advance. Tickets cancelled less than 1 week in advance are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a friend or family member!
