09.19.24 | French Dinner Cooking Workshop | Raclette

Join us for our French Dinner workshop, on Thursday, September 19th. See below for workshop details: 
 
Workshop time: 5-8pm
Introduction & kitchen safety - 5-5:30pm
Dinner preparation/cooking lesson - 5:30-7pm
Dinner around the community table - 7-8pm
Menu: Raclette, summer green salad, mini fruit tarts 
Chef: Zac Vangorder
 
*Note - this is the second time we have done this menu! We will switch it up again for Oct & Nov and will take a break in December!
 
All supplies and materials are provided by us! Just bring yourself & your appetite. This is a great class for all cooking levels. Wine is available for purchase during the dinner portion of the evening. 
 
Participants will be asked to sign a waiver at the start of class. 
This workshop is for participants age 18+. 
Please make note of any allergies in the notes!
 
Tickets are refundable if cancelled more than 1 week in advance. Tickets cancelled less than 1 week in advance are non-refundable, but can be transferred to a friend or family member!
